Week 3 – 2019

A lot of Danes are very interested in spiritual things but don’t think the church has anything to offer in that respect.

– THANK God for an increasing spiritual thirst in Denmark.

– PRAY that He’ll guide people’s hearts towards Him.

– And PRAY that people will be prompted to go to church and to read the Bible to satisfy their thirst for spiritual realities.

Week 4

The last few weeks the Danish evangelist Torben Soendergaard have been in national tv with his movement “The Last Reformation” where he is criticized for exorcism on kids and for taking away medicine from psychiatric patients.
His methods have also been criticized by other Danish church leaders, and thus the programs affect a lot of churches.- PRAY that Jesus in spite of the criticism will be glorified in Denmark.

– PRAY that people will start to seek Him due to the focus from the media on different churches.

– And PRAY that church leaders will get wisdom to handle this situation.

Week 5

This spring there’ll be an election for the Danish parliament. The date isn’t set yet, but it has to be before June 17.

– PRAY that the name of God will be lifted up over during the election campaign.

– PRAY that Christian and god-fearing people will be elected and make a difference for the kingdom of God in the years to come.

– PRAY that all the new MP’s will get wisdom, courage and strength to reign the country in a way that honors the ways of God.
