Christmas eve is without competition the day where most Danes go to church - believers or not 🎄🕯️⛪
⭐ PRAY, that this Christmas all Danish churches will be full of the peace of the lord.
⭐ PRAY, that the hearts will be open for the gospel.
⭐ PRAY for the word of God to go deep in people’s life and fill them with joy – even though they didn’t expect anything extraordinary to happen while going to church.
“The Lord is my shepherd. I will always have everything I need.”
(Psalm 23:1, ERV)
Danish churches need more pastors.
Otherwise in a few years many churches will be without pastors.
🙏 PRAY that the Lord will raise up a new generation of pastors.
🙏 PRAY that he’ll call, equip and ignite them.
🙏 PRAY for wisdom and strategy for the different denominations to recruit, educate, train and mentor new pastors.
”Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.

Right now many Danish churches are busy preparing so called Christmas boxes which are given to families who otherwise couldn’t afford to celebrate a traditional Danish Christmas.
The boxes contain food and snacks for a Christmas dinner – and some of the boxes also come with gifts for the children.
🙏 PRAY for the churches which are preparing these boxes.
🙏 PRAY that they'll get money and food enough to make more boxes than ever before.
🙏 And PRAY for the families who receive the boxes that the Lord will bless and protect them and that they'll feel the box as a greeting from heaven.
